1. Entertainment Purpose

Community voting, selection events, points, and leaderboards on HinduPoribar are provided strictly for entertainment and community engagement purposes only. They carry no official standing, legal weight, or financial value. Any prizes or rewards are offered at HinduPoribar's sole discretion and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts will be banned.
• Using VPNs, proxies, or bots to manipulate votes or events is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Conduct

• Harassment, abuse, or threatening other community members.
• Posting false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the Platform.
• Uploading images or content without the owner's explicit consent.
• Any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

5. User Content & Images

When you or our administrators upload images in connection with voting or community features, you confirm that you have the right to use those images and that all depicted individuals have consented. HinduPoribar will remove any content upon a valid takedown request.

6. Points & Rewards

Points are virtual and have no monetary value. HinduPoribar reserves the right to adjust, reset, or void points at any time without liability.

7. Intellectual Property

The HinduPoribar name, logo, and original content are our property. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Use the Platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HinduPoribar is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.
